8, Information: Beside the normal executive standard, we could also make the tubes according to your own requirements, such as wall thickness tolerance, hardness, surface requirements and etc by designing different technical requirements and production technology, try our best to support you. All of our welded stainless steel tube can be polished to 600grit if customers requested.

1, Raw material: Testing principal component strip burr and thickness according to furnace number or materials of each roll.
2, Tubing welding: Testing length, outside diameter, spherical degree, welding seam and appearance for 50tubes/batch/set or 30 minutes/one time/set
3, Detecting: ALL.
4, Hydraulic press(Pneumatic Press): Testing all tubes by 10 MPa/holding 10s or 1 MPa/holding 10s.
5, Final tubes: Testing length, outside diameter, spherical degree, welding seam, appearance and burrs at two ends for all tubes.
6, Mechanical features: Testing flaring, flattening, reverse bending, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation for 200tubes/bath/set.
